Account: Your registered access
Content: Data or documents you upload
Feedback: Suggestions you submit

3 License & Access

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service according to your subscription plan. You may not sublicense or resell access.

4 User Responsibilities

  • Keep your account details accurate and confidential
  • Do not misuse the Service
  • Do not upload unlawful content

5 Fees & Billing

  • Fees are set in the order or signup page
  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice
  • Late fees may apply

6 Subscription

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • Cancel in writing before period ends
  • Refunds may be prorated

7 Warranty & Disclaimer

We provide the Service "as is" with no implied warranties. We do not guarantee error‑free performance or outcomes.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost revenue
  • Data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All IP in the Service is owned by us or our licensors. If you submit Feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use it (anonymously, if aggregated).

10 Changes to Terms
